With extensive experience in the Real Estate sector, Susana was responsible for several years for the Madrid delegation of the Inmobiliario Restaura group, a leading company in the acquisition, rehabilitation, and subsequent marketing of buildings in Europe, to later take charge of the ‘start-up’ of the Spanish delegation of the French promoter Spirit España Reim, and then create the real estate start-up of the promoter Dazia Capital. She currently dedicates her know-how, commitment, and enthusiasm to each of SH Walters’ projects since 2014
Claudia Marín
Head of Back Office Department
She has a track record of more than 7 years in this sector, with extensive experience as an assistant, administrative, and document management professional, both in rentals and in sales. She has been performing these roles since 2015 with great passion, professionalism, and competence.

Juan Antonio Albanés
Head of Retail Sales Department
With over 18 years of experience in leading sales teams, Juan Antonio joined SHWalters 3 years ago to head the retail sales department from 2021 onwards. He successfully manages all real estate transactions, both new construction and second-hand properties, necessary for the purchase and sale of all types of assets. He coordinates with the rest of the team to ensure the success of these transactions.

Sara Vicenzi
Head of Project Management Department
Sara joined SH Walters in 2020 after obtaining her PMP certification and an MBA in International Construction Management in Madrid, Spain. However, her project management career spans over 8 years, leading projects in Panama and with WeWork in Buenos Aires, Argentina, her home country. Since joining us, she has successfully managed highly complex projects, both in terms of occupancy status and comprehensive rehabilitation.
